Confession: I live for Bridal fashion. Perhaps because it was one of the first markets i covered as an entry-level fashion assistant, when the category was far less glamorous than its current iteration. And though I'm still a single girl, there is some satisfaction in imagining the most elaborate, impractical dress I will ever get to wear, because, as everyone reminds a bride, it is her day. Here are the most inspiring dresses that crossed the runways for Bridal Fashion Week 2016. Of course the retail versions will be far more commercial than their runway counterparts, but for now, a girl can dream.
