Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and beauty, and now wedding planning. Stay awhile, hope you enjoy it!

Dressing for the Dog Days of Summer

It's hot AF. Here are are some of the key pieces I plan to keep in rotation  to stay stylish through the balmy days this month will bring!

Asymmetric skirts are a chic and office appropriate alternative to the mini skirt. They have an easy breezy vibe while still looking sleek and sophisticated.

Sleeveless blazers are a must. Layered over a plain sundress, they are an easy way to elevate your look and keep things from looking too casual.

If you are over the off-the-shoulder look or don't want to bare that much skin, look for options like the above, with open, draped shoulders. The look is a bit more covered up, but still fits the trend.

Culottes are now a classic, and this pair with slits is a fun new take on the trend! Plus anything that helps catch more of a breeze is a must.

Caftan style dresses are fun, flirty, and flowy, everything a summer dress should be

You guys already know I'm a huge fan of Thinx, and I've started keeping them in rotation even when it's not that time of the month because, well, crotch sweat is not anybody's friend.
