Gift Ideas for Beauty Lovers

We’re getting closer and closer to the holidays! Black Friday is basically here, and most retailers have already started their sales. It really is the best time to start shopping, especially if you have a long Christmas list. Since everyone wants to give and get good gifts, but no one wants to go broke around the holidays I did some digging into affordable beauty gifts. From hair, to color cosmetics to skincare, check out the holiday gift sets I’m loving. And the best part is, almost all of these are under $50! Even though they are not super expensive, they are all from brands that are sure to impress. Plus, if you are a Sephora Beauty Insider, you can stack your points to get deluxe sized items to use as stocking stuffers. Check out some of the things that will be on my list!

Makeup Gift Sets Under $50

You guys know I love a beat face. The holidays are a great time to bring the glam so giving the gift of color cosmetics will always be appreciated. Whether your friends are makeup pros or beauty novices that need more practice, a quality lipstick or eyeshadow palette can always get some use! I’ve been using Charlotte Tilbury products for a few weeks, and they are pricey but totally worth it. Even the foundation leaves a flawless finish, I don’t recommend gifting foundation or concealer. The color match and formula have to be perfect and work with each person’s skin type and tone, so requires a lot of precision for a gift! The Hollywood Flawless Filter makes a nice alternative for face makeup, and the chic set of lipsticks in their signature cheetah will be well received.

I also just started using some Wander Beauty products since I’ve been doing a ton of travel lately. The powder is simply genius and the gold eye masks will help you look bright eyed and glowy even after a red-eye flight. These are great gifts for the frequent flyers in your life!

And you can’t go wrong with anything Fenty Beauty, but this set of their glosses will work easily with most skin tones and is a great intro to the brand for someone who’s been dying to try it.

Hair Care Gift Sets Under $50

I’ve been spending a lot more time on my natural hair lately, so always looking up new products to work into my rotation. I just got some Olapex conditioners in the VIB sale, and Verb is a new favorite of mine as well. I go for the Ghost Oil and Hairspray, but this set is perfect for someone who wants to sample their classics before committing. And Briogeo is one of my long-term go to brands for their consistent quality and super effective products. My kinky curly hair loves the Repair, Don’t Despair Line and the Superfoods collection is great, especially for those on your list that are into clean beauty. And you can’t go wrong with cool girl faves like Ouai, Drybar and dpHue!

Skin and Body Care Gift Sets Under $50

I can’t even say how crucial skin care is! Spa and salon style products can be a pretty penny, but this time of year is great for stocking up! The gift sets let you try things before committing to a full size, and the sizes are just big enough to give you a better idea of how they work than you would by just relying on a free sample. Drunk Elephant is one of my faves, and Laneige’s Lip Masks are essential when the temps drop to freezing points. And cleansing brushes can be notoriously expensive, but the Foreo Luna Play is a great price for an entry-level face brush. I keep this baby with my when I travel since it’s so lightweight and compact and it cleanses gently and thoroughly. Plus, it’s more cost effective than devices that use brush heads since you don’t need to constantly change brushes.

And don’t forget body care! If you can’t give the gift of a tropical vacay, Sol de Janeiro products are the next best thing! They smell like an island vacation and keep my skin hydrated and glowing.
